There are minimal Windows 7 settings required to run Restaurant Manager. This section outlines settings needed to be changed before and after RM software installation. Make sure you visit the section on Rmwin Folder Ownership when installing RM directly on a computer or if you are staging a system prior to site delivery.The requirements for running Restaurant Manager on Windows 7 are the same as most other Windows operating systems. The main difference is the terminology and location of the settings.
There are three main Windows 7 setting areas ASI suggests you adjust prior to RM software installation:
Only the User Account settings are required to run Restaurant Manager software. The UAC and Disk performance settings are just suggestions and are optional.
