Security

The reports module offers a high level of security using the same system as that of Restaurant Manager’s BackOffice Module.  Besides the ability to secure each menu option, you can limit the access and printing of each and every report.

Application Security Setup

Menu Security controls the prompts when right clicking on the report list section of RMReports. Access the security configuration form in the RM Reports Module by going to File > Report options:

• Click on the "Report Security" tab
• Expand the tree view of the menu . Assign security level (0 thru 9) as appropriate.

Report Security

Report Options.Restaurant Manager allows you to restrict access to printing and filtering each report . Access the security configuration form in the RM Reports Module by going to File > Reports Options:

• Click on the Report Security tab
• Expand the tree view of the report groups and assign security levels (0 thru 9) as appropriate to each report.
