Introduction

Restaurants are becoming increasingly receptive to using tablet devices to place orders table side. Restaurants are also seeking ways to ring sales in satellite locations were wiring or power is an issue. In most cases, ASI RM Tablet or RM Handheld will provide the solution to ringing sales remotely. However, in the cases where the RM Handheld will not work, running RMPOS via RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) may provide an excellent alternative. This document provides the general setup instructions for RDP.
