It is recommended the "Freq Diner" function button be placed on the function button bar on the order entry screen. This button is necessary to initiate the phone number prompt, access the customer information screen, and to connect to RM Loyalty. You should also consider changing the color from gray to another color to bring better attention to the button. You should also consider removing all Restaurant Manager award function buttons to avoid confusion. These awards button have no affiliation with the RM Loyalty program. Function buttons are configured in the POS Function Button Layout Form in the RM BackOffice Module. The text for the "Freq Diner" function button is changed in Station Configuration.
