Shipping Packages

The Westin recommends working with Exhibitions Cargo. You can reach Claudia Sánchez at claudia@exhibitionscargo.com. They will help you to get your shipment through customs. Here is a list of Dos and Dont's for shipping internationally.

Handling Charges
The Westin charges $5 per small/medium box and $10 for large boxes. Upon arrival, your boxes will be placed in front of your booth for easy access.
