We will be staying at the Westin Resort & Spa in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The newly renovated, family friendly hotel is located on a spectacular beachfront with two pools, two beach clubs and multiple food and beverage options from casual to fine dining.
Rooms will be offered to sponsors for $199 per night exclusive of taxes and fees. The resort and Internet fees have been waived for all attendees.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: The Value-added tax (VAT) for your rooms can be waived for foreign tourists who enter the country to participate in conventions. Here is what you will need to do:
Documents must be delivered to the front desk manager by each group attendee before 8 pm on the day of arrival. If documents are not delivered, the hotel will not be able to extend this benefit.
When booking your flight, the closest airport to the hotel is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR / MMPR).
