NETePay is not compatible with versions of Restaurant Manager prior to v19
Note: Gateway users must supply the necessary paperwork to ASI prior to installation. ASI after the paperwork has been processed, ASI will issue an Deployment ID needed for installation.
NETePay is a PA-DSS validated integrated payment solution that integrates with Restaurant Manager software starting with version 19. NETePay offers a reliable credit card processing platform and an excellent alternative to traditional Restaurant Manager credit card processing options. Both Pre-Authorization and Offline Processing are supported using NETePay.
NETePay installation setup is done in three parts. First you will need to install all the applications provided by DataCap. The second step is to configure RM Gateway Supplemental Setup (RMCCWIN) for NETePay. The last step is to configure Credit Card settings in the RM Back office module. Please review the section on Requirements to make sure everything is in place prior to installation. Since NETePay runs across a network, you should implement a static IP scheme between the rmserver and all POS stations.
