Loyalty marketing programs are a way to reward your best customers and build long-term relationships. RM Loyalty is a card-less, web based solution. RM Loyalty may be used by single or multi-unit restaurants seeking a centralized loyalty program.
The RM Loyalty program utilizes a customer’s cell phone number or email address as a customer identifier. Customers join a restaurant's loyalty program hosted by RM Loyalty directly at the POS or through the RM Loyalty web based Management Console. Customers are kept informed of award status and account activity by going to the RM Loyalty Customer web portal. Restaurants can promote events and special promotion via text messaging and emails.
Restaurant Manager interfaces with RM Loyalty at the POS and applies awards using advanced coupons. It works by simply entering a customer's cell phone number or email address using the restaurant Manager's Frequent Diner phone number prompt. The Restaurant Manager system communicates directly with RM Loyalty via RMWeblink. New enrollees will be prompted to join the loyalty program, existing customers will be informed if the have an earned award waiting. If eligible for an award, the customer has an option to redeem or not. If the customers chooses to redeem, the employee chooses the award on the prompt. Restaurant Manager will try to match the RM Loyalty award with an existing RM coupon and apply it automatically. A restaurant may use another coupon from the standard list of coupons to reward a customer if no match is found.
Rewards are programmed in the RM Loyalty web Admin UI. Rewards are based on a $1 spent equals 1 point and will apply to all enrollees. Awards are date driven: You can program an award to begin and end on a specific date. Thus a restaurant's customer is eligible to receive an award multiple times every time they reach the award's trigger points up until the award's expiration date is reached. A restaurant can have multiple awards offered at any given time.
Important: The RM Loyalty interface is intended to be used with cell phone numbers or email addresses as the primary customer ID. Regular phone numbers or card number will not work.
