iPad does not connect to server
- Tap on the Gear icon on the Login screen
- Type "www.rmduet.com" in the server field. tap "OK"
- Tap " rmduet server", tap "OK"
My Printer is not printing paper
- Check to see if the printer has paper
- Check to see if the printer has the correct type of paper loaded
- Check to see if the printer is turned on
- Check to see if Ethernet cable is connected
